Elayna Kaylor brings a mix of business strategy, creativity, and analytical thinking to the team at Five Side Solutions. She earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from University of Michigan and later completed her Master of Arts in Music Business at New York University.
Throughout her career, Elayna has worked across a variety of industries and roles, building experience in marketing, business development, strategy and growth, data analysis, and project management. Before graduate school, she worked in marketing at Penn Cove Group, where she helped support brand growth and client engagement initiatives.
After completing her master’s degree, Elayna spent two years working in music publishing, where she developed a strong foundation in client relations, operations, and creative business strategy. She later returned to Penn Cove Group in a project management role, where she focused on bigger-picture strategy, cross-functional coordination, and data-driven decision-making. These experiences helped shape her collaborative approach and strengthened her ability to connect creative ideas with practical business goals.
