Amy Boyd serves as Managing Partner at Five Side Solutions, bringing more than a decade of experience helping businesses strengthen their financial foundations and navigate periods of growth. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Business Administration in Accounting from Duquesne University and has built her career advising organizations across a wide range of industries.
Throughout her career, Amy has led financial strategy and operations for businesses spanning professional services, retail, real estate, and investment portfolios. Her experience includes financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, compliance, audits, and board reporting. She has also played a key role in managing more than $140 million in capital investments and overseeing the financial planning and reporting for complex development and construction projects.
As part of Penn Cove Group’s executive leadership team, Amy helped guide the organization through significant growth, contributing to a 43% increase in revenue and more than doubling earnings since 2018. She has been instrumental in executing eight mergers and acquisitions across the fintech, real estate, and sports industries, helping organizations integrate operations, improve financial performance, and position themselves for long-term success.
