She earned her Bachelor of Science in Sports, Arts, and Entertainment Management from Point Park University and has built her career around helping organizations create stronger systems, foster meaningful partnerships, and drive lasting impact.
Throughout her career, Maggie has worked across operations, community engagement, and strategic initiatives, developing experience in process improvement, project management, organizational coordination, and stakeholder collaboration. Before joining Penn Cove Group, she served as the Northside Partnership Coordinator at the Northside Leadership Conference, where she connected neighborhoods with critical health resources, secured grant funding, and successfully led initiatives that raised more than $10,000 to support local education programs.
At Five Side Solutions, Maggie works alongside business owners and their teams to strengthen day-to-day operations and support effective people practices. She helps clients improve operational workflows, implement practical HR processes, coordinate projects, and create organized systems that enable teams to work more efficiently.
